The Saudi Geological Survey (SGS) was established in 1999. The tasks and duties of the SGS include geological mapping, grassroot mineral exploration, geohazard and geo-environmental studies, hydrogeological studies, volcano and earthquake monitoring, and services to the community.

The SGS maintains support teams of geophysicists, remote sensor experts, GIS and database specialists, as well as laboratories and a publication department, that enable it to provide a full range of earth science and consultation services to the public and the private sectors. The SGS is an active partner of other earth science agencies.

The Saudi Geological Survey will be showcasing their latest activity and services on the exhibition floor at IMARC. Register your complimentary expo pass now.
