White Rock is an Australian listed minerals resources exploration and development company with activities focused in Alaska and New South Wales.

White Rock owns 100% of the globally significant Red Mountain polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) project in central Alaska. This zinc-silver-lead-gold project, with a recent maiden JORC 2012 Resource of 9Mt grading 13% ZnEq, provides White Rock with a quality advanced exploration project centred on an established VMS district where there is significant potential to discover several new large zinc-silver-lead-gold-copper deposits in addition to extending the known zinc-silver-lead-gold deposits at Dry Creek and West Tundra Flats.

White Rock also owns 100% of the Mt Carrington gold-silver project in New South Wales, Australia. This project is underpinned by a JORC Resource estimate containing over 300,000 ounces of gold and 23 million ounces of silver, and with a maiden Ore Reserve released in late 2017. The resources are situated in seven surface deposits, and located on granted Mining Leases with developed infrastructure. White Rock is progressing its advanced Scoping Study to Definitive Feasibility Study and permitting stage, and has already available to it a construction and commissioning finance package, subject to certain conditions.

Plans & Developments:

White Rock’s globally significant high-grade zinc and precious metals VMS Project in Alaska has a 3-pronged exploration program occurring – on-ground reconnaissance mapping and sampling, on-ground geophysics and diamond drilling. This is aimed at expanding the high-grade JORC resource, and testing some of the more than 30 geochem / geophysics anomalies identified within the company’s 143 sq km land package.

At the company’s Mt Carrington gold and silver project in NSW, a PFS was completed late last year, confirming a JORC gold Reserve and a financially robust project. Further studies on bringing the 23M ozs of silver into the mine plan, and commencing the approvals process remain to be done.

Board and Management:

White Rock has an experienced Board of five – all with either current or past roles on other ASX-listed mining companies as directors and/or chairmen. The Board consists of Brian Philips, Peter Lester, Ian Smith, Jeremy Gray and Matt Gill.

Why should investors invest in you?

The Red Mountain Project is already a globally significant undeveloped zinc VMS Project – 12.9% ZnEq1 grade. However, there has been no modern exploration on this Project for over 10 years.
A planned exploration campaign in 2018 aims to increase the known zinc – silver – lead – gold JORC resource.  This exploration campaign also aims to discover further zinc – silver – lead – gold deposits at Red Mountain. This exploration program should generate high levels of news flow.

There exists a strong potential for significant rerating when compared to our zinc and gold peer groups. White Rock offers geological, geographical and commodity diversification for investors – Australia and USA.  Highly credentialed and highly regarded management team and board. White Rock also has a second 100% owned project – The Mt Carrington Gold First Stage Pre-Feasibility Study has been done, delivering a maiden Reserve and with the first 4 ½ years of gold production from two pits already pre-stripped and with 8 million ounces of silver classified as Indicated Resource to follow.

White Rock Minerals will be showcasing their latest mining and energy projects to prospective investors on the exhibition floor and within the programme at the International Mining and Resources Conference. Claim your complimentary investor pass now.
