For those wanting to see the latest and greatest in mining, this year’s free-to-attend IMARC Exhibition which runs in parallel to the 5th Annual International Mining and Resources Conference will be the place to be. As Australia’s largest mining event, over 6000 attendees will converge in Melbourne this October.
“This year’s exhibition is 70% larger than 2017 and will feature over 200 leading companies such as BHP, Sandvik, Rio Tinto, Dassault Systèmes, Mercedes Benz, Scania, SolGold and Thiess who will be showcasing the latest mining projects, innovations, technology and equipment both big and small,” said Anita Richards, IMARC Event Director.
All expo pass holders will also be able to attend any of the daily conference sessions within the Collaboration Theatre across the three days with presentations covering sustainability, policy, technology and the future of mining. The Collaboration Theatre will also host the brand new Young Leaders Forum which will be led by current young leaders inspiring the future generation; as well as house the pitch battle power hours which will see METS and miners pitching for investment as well as METS pitching to miners for meetings and contracts.
The free-to-attend IMARC exhibition runs from the 30 October to 1 November at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
