All media passes must remain with the individual they are issued to and must be visible when you are working, swapping out or exchanging of passes will not be permitted. 5. All requests for interviews must be organised through Platform Communications. Speakers are not to be contacted directly for interview requests. 6. Do not place unnecessary emphasis on personal characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, family relationships, religious belief, or physical or intellectual disability. 7. Avoid the use of disparaging remarks when referring to speakers, attendees or the event. 8. Please be courteous to event attendees when setting up your equipment. IMARC staff may ask you to move if you are hindering delegates’ views. 9. Images provided by IMARC for media use, must be accredited to the conference ‘International Mining and Resources Conference 2018’. During the event journalists will be provided with: 1.
