Bradley Norman has a Bachelor of Economics Commerce from Melbourne University and is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Having spent 20 years as a corporate consultant dealing with some of the largest distressed company workouts throughout Asia Brad joined OceanaGold in 2010 where he had the prime responsibility to secure the required permits and social license to operate of its now flagship Didipio Mine. The Mine announced commercial production in March 2013 and has been the recipient of both Philippine and ASEAN awards for its operational, health and safety and community relations performance. In June 2018 Brad was appointed as Executive Officer for External Affairs primarily to deal with ongoing government and permitting requirements.
