Eleisha Pitt is a Graduate Geologist for Rio Tinto, where she is working in exploration as a part of the Growth and Innovation Group. Eleisha has worked as an exploration geologist for Rio Tinto for 2 years, primarily within target generation and project planning. Eleisha’s passion for geology started from a love for exploring outdoors, and an interest in the evolution of the mining industry.
Prior to this position, Eleisha earned her Bachelor (Hons) degree in geoscience from James Cook University and worked as a student exploration geologist during her studies.
