Faraz Rojid is currently the Head of the Financial Services Department at the Economic Development Board of Mauritius. Faraz holds an LL. B (Hons.) from the University of London, and an LL.M in International Economic Law from the School of Law of the University of Barcelona.
He was a legal intern in the SPS Division of the World Trade Organization in Geneva; a Legal Officer for the Investment Division of the United Nations in Geneva; and an Investment Executive at the Board of Investment of Mauritius. He was previously the Officer-in-Charge of the ex-Financial Services Promotion Agency (FSPA).
