Friska leads change at Newcrest Mining, developing and executing initiatives to ensure people not only survive, but thrive, through complex changes at the mine site and in the boardroom. She previously led change for the digital transformation, part of a top-performing team of world-class IT & Digital experts who achieved significant safety, productivity and financial outcomes. She is now focused on cultivating a strong consistent culture which engages, inspires and unlocks even greater performance. Prior to joining Newcrest, Friska was the Change Lead for multi-million dollar projects spanning technology, structure, process and people, impacting +23,000 across the seven continents at WorleyParsons, and built the change management consulting practice at Fujitsu.
A lifelong learner and self-confessed geek, her communications flair and effectiveness at managing the people-side of change has proven to be a compelling cost mitigation and productivity boosting strategy.
