Associate Professor Ken Williams is the Academic Convener of the Advanced METS Doctoral Training Centre, Associate Professor within the Centre for Bulk Solids and Particulate Technologies, Chief Investigator within the ARC Research Hub for Advanced Technologies for Australian Iron Ore, and a researcher at the Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources at the University of Newcastle, Australia.
Ken is engaged in numerous industry-centric research projects through each of these groupings, with expertise in the area of mining and mineral processing. Ken has established significant international collaborations and supervises a number of postgraduate students in Mechanical Engineering.
