Meg Kauthen has over 12 years’ experience in international development and developing strategic partnerships between communities, business, NGOs and government to deliver shared value for stakeholders. She has extensive experience in applying marketing and communication skills to design strategies that engages communities via applying Human Centred Design and Community 4 Development approaches. The team at Business for Development has worked with a range of mining companies to develop Social Licence to Operate strategies via utilising this model in Africa, Asia and the Pacific. The team also develops inclusive agribusinesses that harness the power of the markets and connect smallholder farmers to commercial opportunities.
During the K2Fly Social License to Operate Workshop, Meg will explore the role of data analysis in building quality community development programs in developing countries.
