Rachel Ball is Head of Public Policy and Advocacy at Oxfam Australia, where she leads a team of advocates working across labour rights, inequality, mining, climate change and aid policy. Rachel Ball is an expert on human rights and has extensive experience as a lawyer and advocate, with a particular focus on women’s rights and corporate accountability. In 2017, Rachel Ball sat on the Australian Government’s Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group on Business and Human Rights.
Prior to joining Oxfam, Rachel Ball was the Director of Advocacy at the Human Rights Law Centre and a lawyer and King & Wood Mallesons.
